Protected checkout. Funds are held in escrow with our licensed payment partner.
Auto-refund if MOQ is not reached. Refunds process within seventy-two (72) hours of Rally close.
Verified order steps. Every stage is recorded and visible to you in real time.
Inspected before shipment. A third-party agency inspects every order at the factory floor before it leaves China.
Human support when needed. A real person on the other end. We respond within five (5) business days.
