Your money is protected.
We hold your payment safely until the Rally reaches its Minimum Order Quantity. If the Rally does not succeed, your money is refunded automatically — no deductions, no deferrals, no questions.
Escrow guarantee
We do not place the Manufacturer order until the Rally succeeds.
1. How you’re protected
Protected checkout. Funds are held in escrow with our licensed payment partner.
Auto-refund if MOQ is not reached. Refunds process within seventy-two (72) hours of Rally close.
Verified order steps. Every stage is recorded and visible to you in real time.
Inspected before shipment. A third-party agency inspects every order at the factory floor before it leaves China.
Report a problem in two taps. Defects, wrong or missing units, delays and refund issues are raised on the order in My Rallies, with photos. We respond within five (5) business days and aim to resolve within fourteen (14).
Refunds you can track. Approved refunds are paid through Paystack to your original payment method, and you can follow each one until it is complete.
Covered if the order cannot be delivered. If a Manufacturer fails to deliver after MOQ, you are refunded in full — Reserve deposits included.
