If MOQ is not reached within the Rally window, the order is not placed. Your payment is refunded automatically within 72 hours. No deductions, no deferrals.

Buyant verifies every Manufacturer before a Rally launches. We share supplier details, certifications where applicable, and live production updates as part of every Rally.

For Pay Now: you pay the full amount upfront. For Reserve: you pay a 30% deposit now and the remaining 70% (plus a 20% Reserve premium) when the goods arrive at the Hub. The premium covers the working capital Buyant deploys to cover your share of the production order.

You will receive WhatsApp updates at each of the nine status stages — Rally Live, MOQ Reached, Order Placed, In Production, Inspected, Shipped, Arrived at Hub, Ready for Pickup, Completed. Every stage is also visible in your dashboard.

You collect at the designated Lagos Hub during your pickup window. Bring your backing QR code and a valid government-issued ID. Pickup is sequenced — Pioneer Backers first, Early Backers second, general Pay Now Backers next, Reserve Backers after balance payment.

Report visible defects within 72 hours of collection and hidden defects within 14 days. Where a Manufacturer warranty applies, we coordinate the claim. Where it does not, our dispute flow resolves within 14 days.

You can cancel before the Rally reaches MOQ. If your payment has been confirmed, Buyant refunds it in full. Once MOQ is reached or funds are released toward fulfilment, cancellation is no longer available and any issue is handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
